Welcome to a four-part lesson series on My Body. The lessons are aimed at beginner students with some English practice. In the lessons, students learn the names of different body parts, how to use ‘I have’, ‘she has’ and ‘he has’, when to add -s for more than one body part (plural), choose the correct sentences and reading. I encourage students to speak out loud as often as possible, so please say each answer out loud. I have also included a reading comprehension which covers all the body parts vocabulary. If your child is not ready to learn to read and spell, don’t worry. They can still participate in the lesson but instead of writing down answers, they can say the answers out loud. I read the story out loud so young students can listen to the story. This course includes four 10-15 minute videos about My Body, worksheets to answer the coursework, flashcards and answer sheets. If you feel your child will benefit from these lessons, go ahead and order the coursework. Lessons are recorded in Koala 3D (a virtual classroom) for your child’s enjoyment.
Hi, I’m Nikki, from Teacher on Call.
I have 15 years experience teaching English online and in the classroom. I have experience teaching first, second and third language English to children between the ages of 5 and 12. I am TEFL certified and have spent the past three years teaching English to children online. At the beginning of 2022, I began creating my own courseware and syllabus for my young students and so began branding Teacher On Call.
Teacher On Call’s lessons are aimed at beginner English students between the ages of 5 and 10. Lessons are focused on improving spelling, growing vocabulary, learning grammar and sentence construction, improving reading and understanding, and improving each student’s confidence in speaking. Lessons are recorded in Koala 3D (a virtual classroom) for the enjoyment of students.
