Teachers Together English – L3U08 – Exploring the City and the Country (British/Canadian English)

These lessons are part of the Teachers Together English Curriculum. The lessons in this unit are related to “Exploring the City and Country“. These lessons are designed for young learners and are considered beginner (A1).

Vocabulary includes (store, shopping mall, food court, a good deal, fire station, police station, post office, hospital, church, bank, bank machine, ATM, teller, gas station, stadium, baseball field, rink, swimming pool, country, road, hay, straw, field, orchard, fertilizer, prune, harvest, livestock, dairy, poultry, dairy, raise, crops, spray, plow, row, plant).
HFWs include (buy, visit, neighborhood, say, ate, far, ten, cut).
Phonics include (CVC and CVCe words – a, e, i, o, u), words beginning with (pl, fl, gl, bl).
Grammar covers (the, a, an), (there is, there are).
Math covers multiplication by 0-10.
